For your convenience, the studio is open 24/7 by appointment only. Our Booking Calendar is updated in real time. If you are looking for a specific time and do not see it available on the site, shoot us a text or email! We will do our best to fit you in.

LIGHTS & EQUIPMENT

When renting at BLNK, you are renting the space alone. While we do have the ability to use natural light when available, renting our light kit will be an additional $30. Our staff is more than happy to teach you the basics of how to use the lights and provide some advice as to what equipment is best to achieve a certain "look".

While you're at BLNK Studios, we ask that you and your clients remain professional and respectful to others in the building, including the Copperline Coffee + Cafe folks. Please don't enter occupied studio spaces without permission, and remember, no smoking indoors—a $200 fine applies. Keep the studio clean according to our guidelines, or you'll face a $75 cleaning fee. If something breaks on your watch, it's on you to cover it.

Confetti, glitter and other props

Feel free to sprinkle a bit of magic onto your shoots with confetti or glitter – just make sure you sweep it all up and return the place to normal when you're done. Try out any props within our studio, or bring along some of your own for that personal touch. While smoke bombs and fog machines might be out of the question (non-negotiable $200 fine), you can still add a hint of drama with aerosol haze, albeit on a limited basis. And just a gentle reminder – no guns whatsoever in the studio. This includes prop weaponry and airsoft guns, amongst others. Non-adherence leads to an immediate ban.

VENDORS & CLIENT SESSIONS

You are liable for giving individuals access to the studio if you plan to have clients or vendor attendees present during your reservation. You are solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects/models employed, or located on premises during your rental period are of legal age.

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

Deposits on cancellations and “no-shows” after 20 minutes are non-refundable. You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to keep your deposit. Same Day Reschedules are allowed on a case-by-case basis. There is a $25 fee for any Same Day Reschedules. Arriving late does not extend your rental time Beyond your end time.

ORGANIZATION & CLEAN-UP

Setting up and breaking down what is needed for your shoot must be accounted for in the amount of time you reserve. Please book more than your “shoot time.” Please take out what you bring in - including hangers, boxes, props, florals, etc. If there is an appointment directly after you, we will let you know. In this case, if you are more than 5 minutes late leaving the studio you will be automatically charged $10 every 5 minutes beyond the scheduled end time to the card on file. If there aren’t any immediate subsequent appointments, you can add more time to your own session if needed ($100 per additional hour when confirmed with studio attendant).

Fees for organization & clean-up if failed to do so:
Cleaning fee: $50
Prop organization fee: $25

STUDIO TOURS

View The Space is the best way to get a feel for our space and see if it's a good fit for your production. One of our studio managers will give you a quick tour of the space and answer any questions you may have regarding a photo shoot, film shoots, party or any other events. We highly encourage everyone interested in renting the studio to book a View The Space! You can book a studio tour anytime for free here!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

One of our team members will unlock the front door at your scheduled rental time. We are available anytime during your shoot to help assist with lighting, seamless changes or anything else you may need. The studio is yours to use during your rental, we will always stay out of your way in the office unless needed.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Two security cameras are mounted in the office for safety and accountability purposes. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  

GALLERY/SHOW SUBMISSIONS

At this time we are not accepting submissions for shows, however, if you would like to rent the space to host a show we are open to ideas! Send us an email at contact@blnkstudios.com

event pricing

At BLNK Studios, we understand the importance of accommodating different types of sessions and events. That's why we offer 'event' pricing add-ons for Studio Rentals with 10 or more guests. The studio is primarily used for smaller, personal photoshoots; the Event Pricing will allow for our staff to have additional time to prepare the space for larger groups, and have extra hands on site to ensure everything runs smoothly with your photoshoot.

For Studio Rentals with 10-19 Guests (including the photographer), there will be an additional $40 per hour fee.

For Studio Rentals with 20-35 guests, there will be an additional $60 per hour fee.


The maximum amount of guests in the studio at any given time is 35. No exceptions.

'Event' pricing add-ons only apply to sessions where you have a specified number of guests at one time. So, if you're doing mini-sessions with 40 people throughout your session, but only 8 in the studio at a time, you will be charged at our standard studio rates. No event fees will be added in this case.

If you have any questions or need clarification on whether the 'Event' pricing applies to your session, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help and ensure your experience at BLNK Studios is seamless and enjoyable.

In cases where the 'Event Add-On' is not applied at the time of booking, but we find that there are more guests than the allowed limit, our staff will automatically add the additional fees to the balance of your booking. Just a heads up to avoid any surprises down the road.
